The effect is to recover the banished card when it is destroyed on the field, and although it is an "optional effect of time", there should be no problem with self-destruction thanks to the text of most cards. . However, in order to involve self-destruction for that extent after all, I want a slightly sharp mixing method and operation.
It is safe to use it as a level 6 S/X material because it is safe to explode.
